Our brand new Studio in Sale, Manchester is now open
We are gradually adding new classes so please keep an eye on the class time table.
It is in a great location, easily accessible from all areas of Manchester.
The studio is located at 335 Norris road, Sale, M33 2UP and is next to Nisa. There is parking in front of the studio and a car park behind Nisa that you can use.

Our new website is a virtual platform that will allow us to connect with you on a new level. It will serve as the portal to One Yoga UK – which will house a huge video library of teachings, meaning you can practise with us anywhere in the world.
